This application is for certified merchants of "Cloud-based Interactive Community(CIC)®" to manage online ordering and information. After download and installation, please input the Merhant ID and default password to login the system. Please change password after the first login. The "Cloud-based Interactive Community(CIC)®", developed and operated by CardApp Limited is a digital platform especially designed for residents, property management and nearby merchants, integrating App, Web and Cloud technology.
